Call Handlers Required within Financial Services!We are looking for Call Handlers to join our existing team within a well-known high street banking client based in their Leeds City Centre office where you will be helping customers daily with their queries.As a Call Handler, you will support telephony customers with their enquiries around Standing Orders, Direct Debit payments, International Money Transfers and General Banking queries whilst providing an excellent customer service.This is a great opportunity for anyone who has strong customer service & telephone experience or if you just want to expand on your banking or financial services experience.
