Job Description As Executive Support to the Director and team, you'll be required to carry out the following duties: Providing a secretarial and administrative service to the Director Ensure a high level of support is given at all times with exceptional attention to detail Produce accurate reports and documentation Agenda preparation, meeting pack preparation, minute taking (where required) and approval, communicating events to diaries as required Coordinating and compiling correspondence, reports and presentations for the Director and their direct reports Monitoring mailbox, disseminating correspondence where appropriate Organising and managing all elements of corporate events, liaising closely with relevant employees, venues and suppliers to ensure each event successfully meets the brief and budget, minimising costs whilst maintaining high standards of presentation, service and guest enjoyment Monitoring and oversee adherence to corporate policies and procedures relating to finance, procurement, attendance, data management and protection, customer services and IT All travel arrangements Assist with projects when required The Successful Applicant We are looking for someone who has previous experience offering high level Executive Support. You must have excellent communication skills and able to work with people on all levels as well as confidentiality. The ability to spin a number of different plates is essential. What's on Offer Based just outside of Manchester City Centre. Salary dependant on experience.
