We are looking for caring individuals to support people with Learning / Physical Disabilities and challenging behaviour in our residential care home. We are based in New Mills and offer full and part time shift work from 10pm - 8am. You can Commute from Whaley Bridge, Buxton, Manchester, Furness Vale and Chapel en le Frith or Stockport and Woodley.The Role: · You will be responsible to support our service users and offer a service tailored to their individual needs and assessments. You will focus on the engagement and inclusion of the residents.· You will have the ability to work under pressure· You will have a natural care for people and want to make a difference in their life· As you are working with service users with challenging behaviour, previous care experience preferred..
