Are you looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work in Palliative Care? Would you like to work in the community? Why not join us in a unique service in Dudley. We are currently recruiting to the Palliative Care Support Team, we are a joint service with the local authority looking after patients in the last 12 weeks of life. Our aim is to keep patients in their own homes if they wish to die at home with dignity and respect. We are a 7 day service visiting patients between 7am - 10pm providing personal care and support to the patients and their families. We work closely with District Nurses and Specialist Palliative Care Nurses. The Clinical Support Worker will be a member of the Palliative Care Nursing Support Team who assists the Registered Nurse to care for patients, families and carers within the community.
