We are currently bidding on a number of contracts, the outcomes of which are due to be announced by the 16th April 2021. As such, we are expanding our team and we are looking to recruiting a Health, Wellbeing & Safeguarding Lead. he Health, Wellbeing & Safeguarding Lead will design and deliver Health & Wellbeing workshops for our Employment, Skills and Enterprise contract including Supply Chain Partners & participants. You will assist in producing digital materials as well as facilitating specialist training such as Modern Slavery and safeguarding.
Interviews will likely be held virtually in late April/early May 2021, with a start date of 19th June 2021, with all roles being subject to contract award.
Subject to contract award roles could be located in - West Central (Birmingham, Coventry ; South and West Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire (Barnsley, Bradford, Leeds) ; South West (Cheltenham, Cotswold, Forest of Dean, Gloucester, Stroud, Tewkesbury) ; South and East London (Havering, Newham) ; Wales (Cardiff, Swansea, Vale of Glamorgan). What you’ll need to do the role: Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint & Word Good numeracy and literacy skills Strong organisational skills and able to work on multiple activities at the same time Ability to work with minimum supervision and to take initiative to deliver an outcome Ability to work in a team and to proactively support the team in their duties You will have a proven track record in the development of health and wellbeing policies strategies. HR qualified to at least Level 3 or equivalent Desirable Occupational Health qualification at Level 3 and above
You must also be willing to travel.
