An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Service Efficiency and Delivery Team for a motivated band 5 Support Officer to join the team.

The post holder reports directly to the Head of Service Efficiency and Delivery and will be required to be closely aligned with the Operational and Financial Services in order to deliver the requirements of the Cost Improvement Program and efficiency projects.

This is a demanding and challenging developmental hybrid role, requiring a high degree of organisational skill, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and deal with competing priorities. As a result, applicants must have:
Excellent communication skills, accuracy and attention to detail is essential Ability to be able to work under pressure Significant experience working for a busy and dynamic team, within a project based environment A flexible approach to work and a commitment to team working The individual will support the Head of Service Efficiency & Delivery and Programme Partners in their efforts to:
Realise the financial and quality benefits in the existing cost improvement plans
Develop and implement new efficiency plans
Deliver other programmes of work that come under the remit of the PMO.
