LINEN ASSISTANT We have a unique opportunity for a Linen Assistant to join our team ahead of our hotel re-opening this year. THE ROLE – Linen Assistant The scope of the role of Linen Assistant is to support the Linen Manager in handling of towels, bedding, table coverings, guest laundry and uniforms ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality as items are redistributed. Key things you will be responsible for: Linen ordersSorting, counting and recording soiled linen for transportationReceipt of, counting and storage of clean linenProcessing of reject linenLinen and uniform issueStocktakes of linen and uniformLaundering of towels and small itemsHandling and delivery of dry cleaning ordersAttend to any guests’ special requestsCleanliness and presentation of linen roomGeneral assistance to Housekeeping and Public Area teams WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We recruit people with widely varying personalities from different walks of life and backgrounds.
