This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and friendly nursing team at Farnham Dene Medical Practice. The healthcare assistant will deliver and assist clinical staff in the provision of treatment, preventative care, health promotion and patient education to the local patient population. Experience and NVQ3 qualification preferred, however training will be provided to allow suitable candidates to enhance their skills. Good communication skills and IT skills required. The role holder will need to work flexibly across our two sites in Farnham and adapt to the changing needs of the practice and patients.
