Introduction
We currently have exciting opportunities for experienced Bank/Relief support workers to join our team working alongside a young man with Autism and Learning disabilities in his own home near Bristol (BS10) To be part of this young man’s team you will need to have experience supporting people with Learning disabilities and Autism, and be able to demonstrate your understanding of supporting with complex behaviours or Positive Behaviour Support. You will be creative, passionate, calm and patient. This young man enjoys outdoor activities, especially walking and swimming, so you must be prepared to support with physical activities. The ability to provide short notice cover would be an advantage.

Skills & Experience
No experience required as full training provided. As a bank support worker you will play a key role in enabling the people you support to carry out all of the daily living tasks involved in everyday life. That could be helping someone to live independently within their own home and activities such as: Shopping Cleaning Cooking Personal care, i.e. helping people to bathe We need bank staff who are able to work shifts, for example waking nights, day and evening shifts, sleep-ins etc. The ability to drive would also be an advantage.
