The Medicine division at North Bristol Trust is looking to recruit two positive individuals for the exciting role of Clinic Co-coordinator to provide administrative support to Respiratory. The role will involve co-ordinating appointments for (but not limited to) respiratory physiology patients, feeding back results to consultants, communicating with patients, and maintaining waiting-lists. The successful applicants will be confident with Lorenzo, ICE, and CRIS. They will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage and prioritise their workload effectively. They will be able to work as a team and with the support manager to coordinate diagnostics with consultant appointments, managing capacity and escalating issues promptly. This role will be a part of the respiratory medicine administrative team and there will be potential to learn and develop further as a member of the team. There may be some requirements for this post to cross-cover. The role is a 6 month fixed term contract, with the potential to extend to 12 months.
