About the role
BJSS is looking for a Coordinator to join its dynamic Presales team.
The Coordinator will play a central role in BJSS' existing high-performing Presales team, and will be fundamental to the smooth, effective operation of the function, ensuring the entire team operates successfully and cohesively.
The current team is made up of eight full time professionals, but can also include specialists embedded from across the organisation
The Coordinator will:
Provide essential support in a fast-paced environment
Responsible for ensuring all bid and proposal opportunities are tracked accurately in the company's internal CRM system
Ensuring all bid and proposal opportunities are captured in the presales knowledge repository
Organise vital supporting information for compliant bid and proposal submissions
Track tenders from their inception to completion
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders (at every level of seniority) across BJSS' offices.
In addition, the Coordinator will be expected and encouraged to pick up other aspects of their peers' roles to support the team's cross-functional nature. This could include completing aspects of contracts, contribute to pricing, and bid writing and management. The Coordinator will also work closely with stakeholders in the business to assess frameworks and proprietary supplier listings to identify new opportunities.

This Coordinator role requires an individual who is dynamic, fast moving, and able to act as the central point of contact for bids and proposals, facilitating and co-ordinating work-winning processes for inter/national engagements, for a growing company of 1500 people. Experience in managing bids and other presales activities is not required, though prior experience of a coordination role in a fast-paced environment would be a big advantage. You will be focused on building friendly, productive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders, and will have fantastic, unfaltering attention to detail. The Coordinator role will need to work closely with a wide range of teams from across the business. You will need to: Show dedication, seeing jobs all the way through to completion. Be able to do a diverse range of activities concurrently Display strong communication, ownership and time-management skills. Be able to work as part of a team and have the courage to speak up and contribute to areas outside of core responsibilities.
