The roles are purely focused on Delivering high-quality talent to our Public & Private Sector client base, along with account management. In this position, there is absolutely no business development, as our new model focuses on building strong relationships with our clients and providing them with the very best talent the market has to offer. (We have a separate commercial/ business development team who takes care of the BD side of things! )

Key Accountabilities Sourcing Quality Talent Client Management Recommending Community Management Leading by Example Candidate Journey I would be keen to speak to service delivery recruitment professionals who have experience and skills in. Experience of working in an operational/consultant position within a recruitment agency business Knowledge and experience of online sourcing including social/professional networking. Proven research/ sourcing skills. Ideally including use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques. Experience in market mapping and the ability to profile and track talent. Experience in building trusted relationships with Clients/Stakeholders. You will also have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, be tenacious, personable, and articulate, and highly comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work well under pressure and have a strong focus on delivery. Decisive and able to deliver results and effectively manage and prioritise multiple projects and candidates. Strong communication and negotiation skills with an excellent telephone manner Ability to work with minimal supervision.
