Well establish care at home company is looking to employ a full time care coordinator.This is an opportunity for an efficient, well organized individual to join team of other professionals to work in close partnership.The role of the Coordinator is to:- organizing quality care for diverse clients group,- managing carers to execute consistent care provision,- ensuring effective communication of changes with both clients and staffing groups,- ensuring rota management process is executed consistently to avoid any failed care provision,- ensure all vacant shifts are filled with consistent carers in line with compliance contracts,- manage short notice and long term sickness,- manage run sequences to full capacity,- attend and contribute to weekly operations team meetings and follow up agreed actions,- ensure confidentiality at all time,- liaise effectively with carers, clients, families and health care professionals.This is full time job Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00 ( including one hour unpaid lunch break) with additional on call responsibilities on a rota basis shared with another 2 members of staff. The company pays £300.00 per month for on call responsibilities.Experience in coordinating care at home would be to candidate advantage, however full training will be given.
