Job Description
As a trusted partner, you will support UK and global business units in delivering commercially-focused HR solutions. You will be part of the HR Business Partnering team and will work closely with the HR Centers of Excellence to deliver projects and full generalist HR support to the business. What will I be delivering? Supporting the HR Business Partners to develop and embed the people strategy and strengthen our culture, aligned to business needs and goals. Developing strong, credible relationships with managers and provide HR generalist support and advice on people issues across the full employee lifecycle. Partner with our specialist teams including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Reward, and HR Operations to deliver the people strategy and support to the business. Ongoing employee relations management including performance management, employee cases, and policy development. Support talent management including internal moves and global mobility. Partner with Talent Acquisition in interviewing, onboarding, and assessment. Support business leaders’ org design for new and existing roles and teams including business restructurings. Utilize insightful HR data to help drive people decisions. Support projects including year-end processes, engagement survey, change initiatives, and local business-driven initiatives.
Qualifications
What do I need to bring with me? Proven HR experience, , ideally from a corporate environment, including handling of day to day generalist and advisory work as well as complex ER issues Experience building and developing collaborative relationships Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders A strong risk mindset and the ability to problem solve to help the business reach commercial decisions An innovative mindset with the ability to challenge the norm to generate new ideas Knowledge of UK employment law (global knowledge would be a plus) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects Excellent communication skills Manages and deals with ambiguity and change Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively to deliver results Passion for self-development and willingness to learn Ability to work as individual while also collaborating with the HRBP and wider HR team Brings energy, positivity and passion to work Analytical and numerate
