If you want to join a business that puts you first, then this could be the role for you.Shifts: VariousSalary: £8.72 per hourBenefits of being an administratorCompetitive salary (not age dependant).Company benefit package which includes holiday pay, online benefits platform and company PPE provided.Full training and induction provided.Possible permanent positions available.Immediate start.Responsibilities of an administratorResolve various customer service queries and requestsDaily / Weekly / Monthly Service ReportingDaily / Weekly / Monthly Export report complianceOrder chasing and delivery issue resolutionDaily Order Audit checksParcel Traffic Order Planning and CommunicationsPlanning Export order collections – Haulier Quotes and ConfirmationsExport Order Operational & Bond Interfaces & Communications – Pick & PackMaintain Export Control ToolsEnsure HMRC compliance of Information & Communication for Export HauliersSpecial Delivery Order management and Cost controlExport order – Samples for French & Irish OrdersExport Suspended Well ComplianceCustomer Web Based Order Confirmation Systems ComplianceExceeding agreed KPIsDaily liaison with personnel across different levels (Shift Managers, Transport Coordinators, Customer Service & Client Support Colleagues)Proactively look for conscientious improvementsDeal with day to day operational issuesOther duties as reasonably requiredQualifications and requirements of an administratorGood communication skills.Good spoken and written English.Good customer service skills.Experience in Microsoft packages.Good organizational skills.Able to work as part of a team.Must comply and be participative in a health & safety culture, complying with H&S and other related company processes, procedures and instruction.Please hit apply to start your application with us.
