You will ideally have worked in residential childcare for a minimum of 3 years as a team leader or senior, preferably, you will have worked as a registered manager or deputy manager.We are actively recruiting home based trainers and assessors throughout the North West, East and West Midlands to support our ambitious plans and expansion.A DBS and access to a car available for business use is required.You will hold a minimum of level 3 NVQ in residential childcare and preferably a higher level 4 or 5 qualification in leadership and management in health and social care.You will also hold an equivalent D32, D33, A1 or TAQA 3 qualification and preferably a level 3 or above teaching and learning qualification. A TAQA 4 qualification is also advantageous.The ability to deliver functional skills at level 2 in English and mathematics is advantageous.
