ASA Recruitment's well-known Public Sector client is looking to on board a Support Officer to provide various administrative duties and diary management in delivery areas of a Programme. Main duties include: · provide admin support for the team and the wider Programme as and when required· Organise meetings including preparing the agenda, arranging suitable IT links, distribute papers, take minutes and ensure action points are taken forward· Manage and monitor inboxes· Support the drafting of documentation or meeting papers· Draft relevant communications for cascade across Programme and AgencyEssential Skills: · Excellent administration and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and plan workload.· Clear and Concise verbal and written communication skills and confidence to engaging with a range of people at all levels.· Motivated and well organised with the ability to use own initiative to work with limited supervision.· Good IT skills and confidence in the use of Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word and Excel.If you are interested in this Support Officer Position, please apply using the link below!
