Store KeyholderAs a Store Keyholder, your role is to support the management team with the day to day running of the store, you must have a solid understanding of all store processes/KPI’s along with a strong commercial focus. Your main responsibility will revolve around the shop floor. You will be required to manage the team and ensure targets are met and exceeded throughout the business. You will have excellent organisational skills and a customer-first focus. You will maintain the floor through appropriate delegation of tasking and maintain sales through personal service.Keyholder Duties and Responsibilities:· Complete all store tasking in a time-efficient manner· Ensure store is cleaned to a high standard each day· Ensure team are trained in all store processes· Communicate with management to ensure business needs are met· Ensure team remains focused and sales are driven through commercial decision making· Ensure store is continuously cleaned to a high standard, including stockrooms, glass shelving, windows· Ensure store target trackers are up to date and filled in, supporting the Manager where necessary· Ensure team are driving sales, through customer service, leadership and zoning· Provide coaching and feedback to improve store performance· Lead the team through floor awareness· Ensure all pricing is accurate on the shop floor and to store guidelines· Ensure all communications are actioned on a day by day basis· Keep the team motivated through effective briefing· React quickly to changing store conditions, maintaining order and focus· Handle Cash on a daily basis, banking and investigating where necessary· Lead the team through effective dual and cross-selling· Provide support through all communication channels to ensure effective running of the businessHealth and Safety· Ensure Weekly Fire alarms are taking place, recording these within the fire log portal· Ensuring Employees are following health and safety guidelines· Use of the Health and Safety portal to report incidents in storeJob Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)Work remotely:No
