Senior Mental Health Practitioner in Assertive Intervention and Stabilisation Team (ASSIST) a part of the new pathway for people with EUPD.
Are you looking for a new challenge in 2021? ASSIST is a newly established psychologically informed team, providing up to 12 weeks collaborative intervention to build stability and resilience. This is an early opportunity to join a new team and shape the evolution of the service. Working out of Erlegh House at the University of Reading site in Whiteknights. the hours are predominantly 9-5 but flexible to client needs.
About the Job As part of a team approach you will be offering both an individual and a group experience to a small cohort of people diagnosed with EUPD and or experiencing emotional dysregulation that is persistent, pervasive and problematic. We want to hear from candidates who strive to deliver real choice, skills and a positive relational experience in a time measured way toward a successful transition onto the wider pathway offer.
