This is a full time, temporary position with an immediate start date until 31st August 2021.

We are recruiting a Site Standards and Maintenance Officer Team Leader at Reading College. As part of the Property and Environment team, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance and operational work onsite, this will include ensuring the delivery of a fully serviced and supported building, offering a safe, stimulating and complaint environment to all staff, students and visits. In addition, and as a Team Leader, you will be responsible for line managing the site standards and Maintenance officers at Reading College and will work closely with the Property and Environment Manager. What do you need to be successful in this role? You will have experience of operating the site properly in line with agreed health and safety and estates management policy. Effective delivery of frontline facilities management, admin support and supervisory skills and the ability to delegate effectively.
