In your role you will be working with our Field sales managers to grow our territories and retail store sales. Your hard work and innovative solutions will help us land the Field Sales strategy in store, where you are empowered to make a difference every single day. As you manage and influence the customer relationship at a store level, you are also delivering the best results for Kellogg’s in line with the sales strategy. Working alongside the team as well as taking your own initiatives you will make an impact as you help us deliver and exceed annual business and individual targets across our top 4 grocery retail customers. You will be rewarded for your contributions with a starting salary of £23,500 + up to 12.5% bonus inclusive of an exciting field sales incentive scheme. (London allowance is given where applicable). You will also receive a 53rd week payment (that’s an extra week pay pro rata at Christmas) which always comes in handy.
