We are looking for a Senior Administrator to provide secretarial / administrative support within Head Office with line management responsibility of the administration team.
The successful candidate has a number of key objectives and accountabilities including:
To provide a comprehensive secretarial / administrative service within Head Office, including ensuring reception duties, including mail are covered throughout the day through drawing up rotas
To supervise a small team of administrators and ensure that their work is carried out in line with their job description
To assist in maintaining detailed records of expenditure and ensuring all expenditure is properly authorised and coded to the appropriate cost code
To be responsible for ensuring petty cash systems are monitored and managed in line with Quarriers financial procedures
To ensure the completion and submission of monthly and quarterly returns for each project including staff returns, absence register, quarterly analysis of absence and quarterly concerns and complaints, monthly occupancy and KPI reports, within the required timescales
To contribute to the management of the office by ensuring administrative participation in relevant meetings, and where required, minutes are taken. This includes minute taking at a senior level, previous experience of this would be desirable as would the additional training for the task (or willingness to undertake additional training)
To work within Quarriers’ professional and administrative policies and practice guidelines
