Overview:
If you’re super-organised, a self-starter and enjoy no two days being the same, this may well be the role for you. You’ll work from our office in Stirling supporting our Facilities Management HR Team. This is a hands-on HR administrative and support role, so you’ll be a quick learner, adaptable and have great people skills.

Your new role: What you’ll do: Work with HR and Regional Advisors to provide administrative assistance and support surrounding HR and people related activities Respond to HR queries from employees and People Leaders in a professional way, providing guidance, within level of competence Assist in HR Employee Relations activities, within level of competence, such as Absence Management, Probationary Periods and report issues as required Work with the business to ensure people records (People Platform) are managed accurately and in real-time to ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements Supporting the development of FM and Group-wide HR People strategies and projects Assist the HR and Regional Advisors in the collation of management information for board reports and analysis Support HR and Regional Advisors in working with third-party agencies surrounding recruitment activity to monitor quality and service levels, giving timely feedback and acting on risks and issues What you’ll need: Previous experience in an HR Administrator role or a HR department A proven background in providing exemplary customer service The ability to self manage with excellent organisational skills The ability to problem solve with exceptional attention to detail
