Sales Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a prestigious manufacturing company based in Chineham.
The successful Sales Administrator will be responsible for:
Assisting in the activities of the sales department and in particular to support the field sales representativesUndertaking a thorough contact review of orders prior to acceptanceProviding information to customers regarding equipment in both a verbal and written formats in such a way as to maximise the likelihood of a salePlanning work in line with known priorities and time availableLiaising with customers and provide technical assistance as requiredPreparing quotations, letters, tenders and other direct communications on be behalf of the sales departmentMaintaining a good working relationship with each of the sales representatives and to undertake tasks on their behalfGaining in-depth knowledge of the sales and marketing software and be responsible for correct data entryCarrying out other administrative tasks as and when needed
Requirments for this position:
Previous sales co-ordinator experience is desirablePrevious administration experience is essentialAbility to use own initiative
A little more about this role:
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Permanent position - £16,000 - £22,000 salary depending on experience
