Job summary:
Location: Marsh Lane, Portbury, Bristol, BS20 7XL
Salary: £19,000 plus annual bonus and benefits
Hours: Full Time 40.25 Hours per week MON - SUN (5/5/4 Shift Pattern)
** 554 Shift Pattern: Working on a 5 on, 5 off, 4 on, 5 off, 5 on, 4 off etc basis (15 days per month). This pattern will allow two weekends off a month. Working days are 12 hours, 06:00 - 18:00, which includes x2 tea breaks and x1 lunch break **
We're looking for Road Testers to join our fast-growing team at Cazoo, helping to transform the way people buy used cars and making buying a car no different to buying any other product online today.
The main responsibility of the Road Tester will be to test drive vehicles in an effective and efficient manner; whilst ensuring vehicles are in the correct location to enable the workshop to operate to it's potential.
What you'll be doing:
Communicating with all departments as and when necessary to ensure consistent work flow.
Monitoring progress of the vehicles and ensure the workshop is updated when required.
Reporting any Health and Safety issues to the shift manager as soon as they occur.
Advising on any issues and faults that may relate to cars during road test.
Ensuring vehicles are driven carefully without causing any damages.
Ensuring work areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
Driving at 5 miles per hours or less around the site.
Moving vehicles as directed by management.
Achieving the KPI's attributed to this role.
Ensuring vehicles are secure at all times.
Parking vehicles in a safe manner.
Operating Cazoo Net as required.
Required skills and experience:
Experience working within a similar position.
Ability to work fast and efficiently.
Responsible and organised.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Team player.
