Staffing Solutions, Oxford Health’s in-house temporary staffing bank is growing. We are looking for a Flexible worker Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive first class, customer-focused internal agency service managing a caseload of Flexible Workers, ensuring their effective deployment, management and payment in accordance with policies and procedures.
You will be the main point of contact for Flexible Workers once they have competed the recruitment process.
This role is an ideal opportunity for development for an individual that has experience of working in an Administrative role or an agency team preferably in a Healthcare setting.
